FAQs
How I can place the order?
You may go online to our website www.cooperskittenden.com and reserve a kitten that you like. You must fill out the form and accept Terms and Conditions. After that, you may make a credit card payment on our website.
How can I pay for the rest?
If we do the shipping for you, an invoice is sent for the rest via email. You can pay it online with your credit card. The payment has to be completed no later than 2 days before shipping to you.
If you come for pick up, you pay the rest at our location on the pick up date. There will be 7% sales tax for in-location payments.
Why do I have to wait so long for my kitten?
We work with breeders from Europe. Every kitten has to receive at least 2 shots of PCH and rabies before it comes to the U.S. We bring kittens to the U.S. after they are 16 weeks old.
If your kitten is already 16 weeks old, necessary pick up or shipping arrangements can be made. This normally takes between 2-3 weeks after you have placed the order and paid a deposit.
I want to see a kitten first and then pay a deposit.
Unfortunately we don’t keep all kittens in our location in Florida. We bring them here only after reservation. Before we bring the kittens to Florida, they have to receive 2 PCH plus a rabies vaccine. Kittens have to be at least 16 weeks old.
You may request more information about each kitten, more pictures and videos, pictures of their mom and dad, and even information about their personality. Just send us an email request on the website or via email at info@cooperskittenden.com
